Welcome……
to Your Whole Person Nutrition Program. I created Your Whole Person Nutrition Program, so that—beginning with your very next meal—you will be empowered to eat to:
- Prevent, manage, or reverse ailments, such as overweight and heart disease;
- Enhance positive emotions, such as feeling calmer and more relaxed;
- Optimize metabolism of meals with what I call Spiritual Nutrition;
- Thrive through dining with others.
With these health-enhancing tools at your table, you’ll be able to unlock your health potential and to pursue your personal physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellness goals. I call these four elements of Your Whole Person Nutrition Program, the Four Facets of Food.
Your Whole Person Nutrition Program
To jumpstart you on Your Whole Person Nutrition Program and the Four Facets of Food, here’s a brief overview of the three phases of the Program that you’ll be discovering, each of which holds the power to lead you to optimal eating and wellness:
Phase 1. Getting Started
Your Whole Person Nutrition Profile.
Where are you now? Find out before beginning Your Whole Person Nutrition Program by filling out Your Whole Person Nutrition Profile. Developed in collaboration with research scientist Larry Scherwitz, PhD, Your Whole Person Nutrition Profile will give you insights into your nutrition strengths, areas you may choose to improve, as well as specific steps you can take—NOW—to begin to eat optimally and multidimensionally.
Phase II. The Program
Join us for our innovative, science-based, Whole Person Nutrition Program with award-winning author and international nutrition researcher and educator Deborah Kesten, MPH, where you’ll learn health-enhancing tools to achieve your personal nutrition and wellness goals. Throughout Your Whole Person Nutrition Program, Deborah will reveal how food can heal you—not only physically, but also emotionally, spiritually, and socially. You’ll discover how to accomplish this with her groundbreaking research, and the cutting-edge approach she devised that integrates ancient food wisdom with state-of-the-art Western nutritional science.
You’ll come away with entirely new insights about food and nutrition and how to eat optimally to nurture your physical, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. Our meal-meditation insights and exercises show you how to access the healing power of food; or, if you prefer, download the Meal Meditation audio I created for you, and listen to it before eating to turn each meal into Whole Person Nutrition cuisine.
The end result: A comprehensive and scientifically based Whole Person Nutrition Program, filled with step-by-step health-enhancing ingredients you need to achieve your personal nutrition and well-being goals.
